If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns on select items within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund via the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our ecommerce return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All wood items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All synthetic decking items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be unopened and returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returns on unopened accessories are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the contact information you used to place the original order.
- One of our representatives will reply to approve the return and provide instructions for shipping the items back to us.
Additional information:
- It may take up to 14 business days after we receive your return for the credit card company to reimburse your funds.
- Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded. Please purchase insurance for your shipment when shipping returns back to our warehouse.
